- Planning, design, the build, help with your core copy, phone testing, launch, and the booking path we agree on. Anything unusually large gets scoped and priced before I start.
- What does the monthly plan cover?
- Hosting, software updates and fixes. Content changes beyond that are quoted before I do them, so nothing is a surprise.
- Can customers pay online when they book?
- Not at booking. Customers send a request, you approve it, and they get a pay link for Venmo, Cash App or PayPal. The money goes straight to your own accounts. I never handle it.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. It stays registered in an account you control.
- What if I want to leave?
- You can. If you leave, you take your domain, your content and your customer records with you.
