- What's included in setup?
- Planning, design, the build, help with your core copy, phone testing, launch, and the booking path we agree on. Anything unusually large gets scoped and priced before I start.
- Do I have to quote every job?
- No. Set fixed-price jobs as bookable, and keep quote requests for work you need to see first.
- How does the service area work?
- You list the ZIP codes you serve. Anyone outside them is told politely before they fill anything out.
- Can customers pay online when they book?
- Not at booking. You approve the job or they accept your quote, then they get a pay link.
- What if I want to leave?
- You can. If you leave, you take your domain, your content and your customer records with you.
