- What's included in setup?
- Planning, design, the build, help with your core copy, phone testing, launch, and the booking path we agree on. Anything unusually large gets scoped and priced before I start.
- How do recurring visits work?
- A customer requests a schedule. When you approve it, it becomes a standing agreement you run from your inbox, and you can end it at any time.
- Does it build my crew calendar?
- No. You assign crews to jobs. It doesn't plan routes or crew calendars.
- Can customers pay online when they book?
- Not at booking. You approve the work or they accept your quote, then they get a pay link.
- What if I want to leave?
- You can. If you leave, you take your domain, your content and your customer records with you.
