  • Search your own files. It can search the files you choose, so you can ask a question in plain English.
  • Made for small firms. For law, accounting, tax and property-management offices with a handful of people.

Every pilot agreement puts these commitments in writing before any file moves.

  1. Your files will be processed on a machine I own and operate.
  2. I won't send your files to ChatGPT, Claude or any other outside AI service.
  3. Your files won't be used to train any AI model.
  4. You decide which files go in. Nothing else is collected.
  5. Before any file moves, I'll tell you in writing how it gets to the machine, where it is kept, whether any backup copy exists, and who can reach it.
  6. When a pilot ends, I'll delete your files and any copies unless you ask me to keep them, and confirm in writing when it's done.

What it isn't.

  • Not legal or tax advice. It helps with drafts and reading. The professional judgment stays with you.
  • Not always right. It can miss things and get things wrong. Every answer needs a professional's check.
  • Not the biggest AI. It runs a smaller model than the big public chat apps, so it can do less. That's the trade for keeping your files away from outside AI services.
  • Not in your office. It runs on a machine I operate, not on a box in your building.
  • Not for medical practices. I'm not taking on medical, dental or therapy practices.

    Keep going, change course, or stop. If you stop, I delete your files and confirm it in writing, as your agreement sets out.

Is this ChatGPT?
No. It's an AI model I'll run myself on a machine I own and operate. I won't send your files to ChatGPT or any other outside AI service.
Do my files leave my office?
Yes, to one place: a machine I own and operate. Not to ChatGPT or any other outside AI service. Before anything moves, I'll tell you in writing how the files get there and where they're kept.
How much does it cost?
Every pilot is scoped on a call first. You get a written price before you agree to anything.
Do you have clients for this yet?
Not yet. That's why the first ones start small: one task, everything in writing, and you can stop anytime.
What if you can't continue?
Your pilot agreement will cover it. The default is the same as any pilot ending: I delete your files and confirm it in writing.
Will it replace my staff?
No. It takes a first pass at drafting, summarizing and searching. People still do the work that counts.
Does it make my firm meet the rules for my profession?
No. It doesn't change your professional obligations for client information. Ask your own counsel how those apply to any tool you use, this one included.
